1.  Part I for Machinary Space (for all Ships)

Annex II
(Details given in IBC code)

1. Certificate of Fitness (Chemical tanker is required to have COF indicating that it is certified to carry certain products)
2. Cargo Record Book (same as ORB Part II)
3. Procedure and Arrangement manual (P & A Manual)
4. NLS Certifiate (For ships carrying NLS)
5. SMPEP manual (if chemical/oil tanker, than SMPEP is intergrated in SOPEP and named as SOPEP manual)

2. Multimodal dangerous Good Plan

ISPP Certificates (if the ship is having an approved STP )
